NEW LOCATION Chelsea Piers | Manhattan | Greenwich | Stamford

Our facility in Stamford, Connecticut, is located inside the 10,000-square-foot BlueStreak Sports Training Center. Here we have strength training equipment, high-speed treadmills, Life Fitness strengthening and cardiovascular equipment, a basketball/volleyball court, indoor track and turf fields, and batting/pitching cages. We are able to blend our physical therapy and sports performance training skills in a setting that allows us to take the athlete from injury to full recovery and return to sport.
