Mary Elizabeth Woods PT, OCS, CSCS

Mary Beth attended Russell Sage College in Troy, New York, where she earned her BS degree in physical therapy in 1996.   Mary Beth has focused on orthopedics and sports medicine. She has been a therapist with Performance Physical Therapy since 1998, specializing in lower extremity biomechanics and gait analysis.  She has implemented a successful program within the PPT facility for prescription custom-molded foot orthoses, for which she is board certified.  Since college, Mary Beth has remained an accomplished all-around athlete, with a specific devotion to marathon running, and she applies her understanding of the competitive athlete to her treatment programs.
